When combined with ginger and onion, garlic helps you detox from chemotherapy.
How to Use Garlic?
As we already mention, the best way to feel the health benefits of this amazing vegetable is by consuming it raw, because its active ingredient, allicin, is decentralized by heat. Crush and chop the garlic and after 10-15 a chemical reaction will be activated that will make allicin more bio-available. The reason why garlic is recommended to be eaten on empty stomach is because when your stomach is overloaded with food, then your body finds it difficult to process and absorb all the food’s nutrients.
